Residential

 All Rooms – Thorough cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming. We wipe down windowsills, reachable interior windows, doors, blinds, picture frames, lamps, furniture, wood surfaces, shelves, and baseboards. Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout. Ashtrays and wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned.

Kitchens – Appliances, cabinet surfaces, tables, and chairs are cleaned. We sanitize and scrub counters, sinks, and backsplashes. The stove and refrigerator exterior, along with the microwave inside and out, are thoroughly cleaned. We load and run the dishwasher or hand wash minimal dishes, mop the floors, and clean sliding glass or French doors (weather and alarm permitting).

Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, and Bedrooms – All furniture is dusted and wiped down. Carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and wood floors are dust-mopped and cleaned. Electronic devices and decorative items are dusted. Beds are made, and linens can be changed upon request for an additional fee.

Bathrooms – Complete cleaning, disinfection, and deodorization of showers, bathtubs, vanities, cabinet exteriors, mirrors, sinks, and toilets. Floors and tiled walls are scrubbed, and chrome fixtures are polished.

Hallways – Baseboards, doors, and light switches are dusted. Carpets are vacuumed, and floors are washed.

First-Time Cleanings – We wash the exterior of all cabinets, baseboards, and wood trim. High dusting is included. Carpets will be edged using the vacuum edger attachment, and doors and switch plates will be cleaned. These tasks will then be done as needed in routine cleanings.

Move-Out, Move-In, Post-Construction, and Empty Units – This service also includes cleaning inside all cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances.

All initial and one-time cleanings are billed by the hour.

Commercial

All Rooms – We clean, dust, and vacuum. Windowsills, doors, blinds, picture frames, lamps, furniture, wood surfaces, shelves, and baseboards are wiped down. Floors are vacuumed and washed throughout. Ashtrays and wastebaskets are emptied and sanitized, with liners replaced. Recycling bins are emptied and placed in designated areas. Drinking fountains are cleaned and polished. Horizontal surfaces are wiped down and disinfected. Reachable interior glass dividing workspaces is spot-cleaned. Stainless steel surfaces, such as elevator doors and kick plates, are polished.

Offices and Conference Rooms – Papers on desks remain undisturbed unless instructed otherwise. Chair legs are dusted, upholstered chairs are vacuumed as needed, and leather chairs are wiped down when necessary. Phones are disinfected, keyboards are dusted, and computer screens are cleaned upon request. Cubicle edges and shelves are dusted and wiped.

Kitchens – Appliances, cabinet surfaces, tables, and chairs are cleaned. Counters, sinks, and backsplashes are sanitized and scrubbed. The stove and refrigerator exterior and the microwave interior and exterior are thoroughly cleaned. The dishwasher is loaded and run, or minimal dishes are washed by hand. Stainless steel is polished.

Bathrooms – Showers, bathtubs, vanities, cabinet exteriors, mirrors, sinks, and toilets are cleaned, disinfected, and deodorized inside and out. Floors, tile walls, and stall dividers are scrubbed, and chrome fixtures are polished. Toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers are refilled as needed. Stainless steel surfaces are polished.

Front Entries and Vestibules – All reachable glass is cleaned inside and out. Entry mats are vacuumed or swept, obvious trash is picked up, and garbage near entrances is emptied.

Janitor Closet and Utility Sink Maintenance – We ensure cleanliness and order in designated cleaning storage areas.

First-Time Cleanings – The exterior of all cabinets, baseboards, and wood trim is thoroughly washed. High dusting covers corners, vents, and light fixtures. Carpets are edged using the vacuum edger attachment. Switch plates are disinfected, and baseboards are washed as needed. Spot-cleaning of walls in problematic areas is available upon request. These tasks will be maintained in your regular housekeeping schedule.
